      not sure what the difference is maybe I can get someone herein town to try the bumper seals on their 325i 89-91.

                      I think you may be misled about the bumper strip.

                      Evo 3 piece is a single strip p/n: 51 11 2 233 055

                      Standard M3 was a three piece deal like you describe.

                          Standard M3 as in whatever came stock to USA - and the rest of the world for that time -"Evo 1" and possibly Evo 2's. Looks wise it starts on one end of a FT bumper and wraps to the other- no breaks. Also rides higher than standard - provides a real transition. I have a new one in the bag - I'll get a pic up tomorrow if you want. Don't want to crap on your thread, just post what Evo 3 really is, since it wasn't too clear by your wording if you had E3 bumper strips and hood seals, or E3 hood seals and standard M3 bumper strips. Decent price stateside on the hood strips BTW.
