I just bought some racing/sport seats online and I don't think that I will need them anymore. They have not arrived at my house yet but will be here on saturday. I will get pics in my car as soon as they come. They are black leather and have the cut outs for a 4 point harness too Would like to get $225 plus shipping.

PICS!!!! These seats look and feel really nice. I would keep them but I want to keep my stock black seats because they are in mint shape.

Ya, they are nice. They weigh as much or less than stock seats

how much are stock seat weights? not too concerned with weight savings im just trying to guestimate shipping prices.

Not sure on the weight of the stock, but these weigh about ~7-10 pounds. They are pretty light. They recline all the way flat too and the boxes are not that big.

Are you sure they weigh only 7-10 lbs.(stock sport seats weigh about 30-35lbs.)? Can you weigh them again and get a more accurate weight? Also, do they come with sliders to mount the seats in an E30 or must custom plates be fabbed up?

I will try to get a good weight later. They do mount to an e30 no prob. This is plug and play. Thanks for the interest.

I got 15 lbs on my scale. They are defenantly lighter than stock.
