UUC BBK with 3 sets of DTC-60 pads and 2 sets of new rotors

Selling UUC BBK with 3 sets of HAWK DTC 60 brake pads and 2 sets ( not pictured) brand new rotors. Used this set on my race car but upgraded to Wilwood 332 mm set up. Worked great.

I am interested, but at work and have a few questions. I'd like to use this on my track car to replace an RX-7 set up...

Are the brake lines supplied with sale?
caliper adapters included?
Are the DTC-60 sets new? (and what did you use for the rear set of track pads?)
Rotors...where do you buy the consumables?
Caliper rebuilds...where do you buy the consumables?
This is the standard UUC kit correct? Usable on 15" wheels?
