Mexipoku e30 front coilovers
Slowly but surely we have progressed and with this post it is official - from now on we will produce plug & play coilover kits for series of cars and work on individual requests.
Reason for custom coilovers is that original struts are not capable of lowering the car enough and ride quality is poor afterwards. With coilovers you can adjust ride height and keep a nice and stiff ride.
For those who don't know, we have been producing custom coilovers for BMW E34, E30 and Volvo 940 series and are looking forward to producing even more suspension setups for budget builds.
Because of our previous experience, we started with coilovers that we had already tested on our cars. Soon enough first set got finished - BMW E30 plug & play front coilovers, built with large struts, which are more rare and better than thin ones!
These coilovers will provide you with plenty of "lows" while keeping a good, firm ride. Shocks and springs are stiffer than E30 original ones and shock absorber travel will be good enough to be "laying frame" if you really want to.
Simply remove your E30 struts from the car, take the hub bearing off, install it on our coilovers (new bearing is recommended, of course) and put everything back on the car.
