Roll-center / bump steer / angle kit BMW E30 (in stock) - No Longer Available

Roll-center / bump steer / angle kit BMW E30 (in stock)

    Our latest product finally available!

Roll-center / bump steer / angle kit for E30 cast control arms (no control arm or tie rod included).
This kit utilizes same accessories as our high-end tubular control arm kits so if you want to upgrade later, you don't need to buy a complete kit!

The kit offers 30mm roll-center and bump steer correction, corrected camber curve and 15% quicker steering ratio, +12degree lock to lock gain can be achieved using this kit.
It's a perfect choice for a daily, autocross or a trackday car and tolerates some drifting action too!

-Only fits control arms with a 41mm diameter outer end hole
-Needs to be pressed in, nut is for locking
    -Does not fit E30 M3
-Compatible with orginal or aftermarket tie-rods
    -Steering reducers might be needed
-Minimum wheel size 16" with orginal tie rods (highly depends of the wheel design)
    -Spherical bearing is replaceable

I took some pics and measurements with E36 spindles, but change in angle is comparable to E30 spindles (which I didn't have at the moment).
Total gain with adapters is +12 degrees lock to lock.
You'll need to use low offset wheels to allow maximum angle, pictures with 7x16 ET37 with 20mm spacer.

        I hope this helps..

Such an awesome product! Glad to finally have something for non-M's.

I wonder if there's some sort of rubber boot or dust cover you could find to cover that exposed spherical ball joint. I'd hate to get silt in there and cause premature failure. Probably not an issue for dedicated track guys, but for the daily drivers.

Now that I've driven thousands of miles through every season and weather including snow, mud and salted roads with my daily car (equipped with our complete control arm kit), without any maintenance, with no signs of wear, I'm not so concerned about premature fail anymore. All bearings are stated as maintenance free and no need for lubrication, I think it holds true
The spherical bearing is replaceable standard metric size which is available around the world, these won't probably cost more than $25 per piece.
Sure anyone can fit a dust cover for extra protection, there's lot's of universal boots available, 20x50mm diameter would fit over the lock ring.
