Parting out 97' Dakar Gelb M3 5/4

Sadly I'm parting out my M3 sedan.
Car was side swiped, so it's got some damage to the driver side front trim, front bumper and rear qtr panel. No frame damage.
Engine has good compression on all cylinders (176-190)

Car is located in IL, 60172

Parts & prices:

S52 engine - $2200
ZF trans and manual swap kit - $500
Clean dash - $150
Cluster - $100
DS2 wheels and tires (40% tread left) -$400
