E36 M3 Hurricane Cloth Sport Seats (Vaders)
I know some of y'all have E36s as well so I figured I'd post these on r3vlimited too.
To begin, I'm sorry I don't have the door cards, just the seats. Also I'm selling as a set unless I simultaneously find buyers for front and rears. I'd prefer not to ship at this time.If you're reading this then you know these don't come up for sale very often.
Removed from my 1995 E36 M3 that I'm parting out. I'm sticking with my E30 so I don't need these seats any more.
The Good - Rare, sexy 90's styling. Replaced the OEM bowden cables in both seats for the side handles that lean them forward ($100... thanks BMW). All mechanical functions now work properly. Had them professionally cleaned, but not with a steamer as I didn't want to damage the fabric.
The Bad - Driver's side left bolster has a tear in the standard spot and the foam is crushed. Ass wear on the driver's side seat as well. Passenger side right bolster foam is crushed but no tear. Minor rub wear on one head rest and one of the back seats. Light stain on one of the back seats. Minor sun fading on the top of the back seats. Front and passenger rear cargo nets have lost their elasticity and I was unable to source anything OEM. Up to the next owner to find a solution. The red seat belt receivers on the front seats have faded. All imperfections are shown in the pictures.
I live in the middle of nowhere but am 2 hours from LA and 3.5 hours from Las Vegas. I have a truck and will deliver a reasonable distance if you help me with the gas.
