Brake Ducting Install Pictures
This all went together fairly easily once the oval vagina parts were done. I tried using 3" aluminum dryer vent because it was lighter, but it's a bitch to work with and crushes way to easily.
3" heater defrost hose from O'Reilley's.
Sheet aluminum roofing, aluminum rivets.
Rain gutter downspouts that I melted with a heat gun into an oval so it would mate up to the aluminum small end. On the big end, I am holding it to the air dam with 4 dabs of 3M Marine Sealant 5200 for now. Looking into a way to secure it better all the way around...
5200 to seal the cracks and hold it all together with the rivets.
Zip ties - I'm getting a 3" pipe strap as there is a bolt for the fender liner I can use to secure the hose at the 90 deg bend.
Black spray paint to make it oh so pretty.
Stock brakes, 17x8 wheels with 235/40R rubber clear no problem. I have no dust covers on the brake rotors or fender liners, don't think they would fit if you did.
I needed the washers to shim it out from hitting the outer tie rod on the passenger side, almost trimmed the OP's piece 1/4" but it made more sense to have it closer to the rotor.

10/22/17 9pm - I couldn't turn the wheels lock to lock without hitting the hose, so I rerouted it using some more rectangular rain gutter parts to get around the wheels and the skid plate bracing.
