All of these parts came on my car (318is) when I bought it. I dont know all of the specs. ~12-15k miles (based on info the po gave + my miles) All removed when I put coilovers on the car last month.
The springs were advertised as "Custom Rate" 2in lowering springs. They gave the car a pretty low drop but are stiff enough that I could autoX on them without rubbing at all on BFG RivalS - 205/50/15. Part#s - F:75145 4010, R:85444 40/10

I also have these Koni yellow sports (adjustable). Both of the fronts rebound well, one just a tad slower than the other. The rears do not rebound at all(will need rebuild). Part #s :F:8641 1210, R: 08 2641

Overall this set-up was comfortable enough for street use but handled spirited driving very well!
