This is a coilover conversion kit for your E30. This is in virtually new condition with only a couple hundred miles of use. This combo rode very well and I highly recommend it. I will be using the same rates in my new setup.

Front springs: 6" x 2.5" 400lb
Rear springs: 5" x 2.25" 500lb

That's up to the buyer. Technically it can be installed without any modifications to the front strut. For full height adjustability you would remove the original front spring perch from the front struts. This is more of less the same as the Ground Control kit, but cheaper.
