I recently purchased this 87 325i vert with full intentions of swapping over my S50 Turbo setup. The car was purchased and driven about 2 hours to my garage and has been parked ever since. I went to move the car and it now seems to have some sort of vacuum leak as it fires up but is searching for a steady RPM.
Car purchased (yes the wheels are already gone! lol)
So I am going to focus my efforts on the swap and let this M20, Transmission, Turbo kit, stock ECU (tuned by original owner), and brand new MegaSquirt P&P (with M20 base map from MS) go for 2k + shipping OBO! I am also willing to part out these items if anyone is interested in any individual parts but would like to sell as one if possible.
Turbo kit:
Put together by previous owner and includes 2 turbos.
Currently has a DNA Motoring TBC-TO4E-.63. attached to a CX Racing Manifold. Includes FMIC, WG, and BOV. Also includes the GM Air Temp Sensor for the MS upgrade.
The engine has aprox 190k on it and the original owner just completed a timing service and some additional maintenance on it before selling.
Transmission works without issue and has a smooth engagement in all gears.
