I sold my e30 a while back, but I found these in the closet from when I had a Momo fixed back seat in the car. These are the ones that will bolt to the factory slider rails. Scratched up, but nothing wrong with them. $65 shipped in the USA. They’ll also come with all of the hardware to mount them.
