I have a 4.10LSD from an 89 325iS automatic.
Pulled it from a car in the junkyard around 3 years ago. It had 166k on it then. I put a new diff cover gasket, new drain/fill plug and filled it with Royal Purple 75w90. Threw it in my car and put about 10k miles on it before parking my car.
Locks up nice, doesn’t make any noise. Nothing wrong with it, wouldn’t hesitate to run it in one of my cars. Only reason I’m selling it is I have a set of 3.73s I want to put in instead.
$300, local pick up much preferred.
EDIT: I will ship the diff if you sent me a crate with a return shipping label. Happy to give dimensions and weight to anyone wanting to price out shipping and such.
