Just purchased a knee bolster from OP. If it helps anyone, proceed to do business cautiously. Communication was not the best. Arrived in a VERY over sized box with merely a few scraps of packing paper and one considerably small piece of bubble wrap. Of course, it was damaged to the point of being useless.

He asked for photos before it was sent out. Communicated 100% as I’m not on here everyday. Somehow it “ broke” from an undamaged box. Other members can vouch for their parts arriving in one piece.

Conclusion = Agreed promptly to refund right away.

For the record, you sent a PM about your concern and it was addressed right away but still came out publicly... [emoji106]

If by addressed you mean accusing me of damaging it then yes that's true.

Now explain to me and everyone else how the pictures you posted look anything like these when I opened the box:





And some advice, it's usually not good idea to tell a customer you shipped the product when you clearly have not. If you can't get it out within a few days, that's fine, but don't lie about it.
