NEW E30 325i Bosal Exhaust

I just bought a new Bosal exhaust for my 91' 325i and it came with a damaged tip. The company is making an insurance claim so they said to do whatever I wanted with the old exhaust. This was never mounted and is brand new. The damaged tip can be cutoff and the rest of the exhaust salvaged. Not looking to ship these local sales only. 150.00 OBO

BTW never order direct from Bosal, my replacement exhaust just arrived damaged as well. this time i rejected and canceled my order. IE exhasut on the way.
