I called BAV Auto and they said they could order me a mounting bracket. It would just come from Germany so I guess overseas they still make them. The Fire extinguisher itself is still NLA unfortunately.

Rob you are 100% correct! BMW classic does a shit job in comparison to VW and Mercedes and are not even close to any American car manufacturer from 60's-80's.
Ive been down this road before so I never leave it up to them, I'm getting stuff for my E46 and E90 all the time.....10 to 15 years will creep up on ya
