Clean, no damage, no broken tabs, or pins, all adjuster works.

Smoked hella
Used, 1 tabs broke, and ring moving, 1 small chip.
Otherwise good shape, not original smoke the last owner smoked and sealed back, looks good, works good, need adjusters, and fixed a ring.
Comes with DDM xenon set with pigtails, bulb trafo.
