Sold my e30 a long time ago now and came across this as I was packing up to move. An attempted repair was made by the previous owner as the plastic was cracked. It could still use some work. The rubber I would consider to be excellent condition. It is smooth to the touch and does not have any rotten spots. The studs are in fantastic shape, no rusting.
You will need some m4 (I think) bolts and washers to mount the two together.
