Is having more timing, more power and higher rev limit a bad thing?

Euro or not you are still using American pump fuel; unless you imported enough fuel from Europe to run the car with the engine purchase.

A cat Delete is about the first and most assured inexpensive thing to do stateside if can get away with it for performance
