    RHD Engineering Lightweight Flywheel

For sale is my very lightly used RHD lightweight flywheel at 7.5lbs. I had on the car for no more than a couple hundred miles. Full disclosure: because it is a machined flywheel, it is slightly loud when you start the car. I’m assuming is the resonance of the material. I compared it to the factory flywheel and the teeth dimensions all match up. RHD acknowledged the noise and said it is normal to have more noise at startup.

Its $235 from RHD with $50 for shipping. I’m asking $215 shipped obo.

It’s the exact same as the flywheel for an M20B25. I don’t know how many teeth it is. However many are on a factory flywheel.

I just checked their website and that info was not there when I bought this. I will count the teeth on the flywheel and let you know.

Was considering one of these. Curious as to why you are selling.

We have one of these on one of the racecars, and I picked up the M30 one for my new build. Good quality unit and way worth the price. Though be warned, your left leg will get a work out in slow traffic/hot pit.

They make slight whining noise when you start the car. It's been brought up in other threads when I was looking into it and I contacted RHD and they said it's normal because of the material.

To be honest, that is the only reason. I rebuilt the engine and put the OEM flywheel back in the car.

I actually had not noticed much of a difference between the lightweight flywheel and the stock flywheel. Never stalled the car when I drove it the first time.

I thought this did sell. I just realized that there were two of them for sale at the same time.

                        I'll take it.
