Parting Out 87' 325IS (zinnoberot)

Car ran 4 months ago and shifted smoothly, according to the PO. It has 149K, and a clean title. It doesn't start. It cranks, but doesn't turn over. Possibly needs a fuel pump, relay, or other parts. The battery is new, so I know it's not that.
The exhaust has rusted out, windshield is cracked, driver side fender has a dent, and oil pan gasket needs to be replaced.
It looks like the car was re-sprayed at some point, but the rust got the best of the car. I have other projects, so I don't have the funds to dump into this one. If anyone wants to buy the car, as it is PM me with offers. At this time I'm parting it out.

I will like to sell the big stuff local. Price do not include shipping. All parts are being shipped from 60004.

Is any clearcoat coming off? I need one that is a 8-9/10 to match my paint. I am trying to deal with another guy that is supposed to get back to me this wednesday, if he does not I will definately buy from you.

Clear coat is not coming off, but the car was resprayed at some point.
