FS: 135mm M50 Connecting Rods (for 2.9L Stroker)

As mentioned, I have a set of 6 Connecting Rods from a '92 M50 (Non-Vanos). These rods are the beefiest of all e36 connecting rods and are great for anyone wanting to go with a turbo or supercharger.

These are also a good choice for those looking to stroke their M50 to a 2.9L in combination with an S50 Crankshaft, as they are 135mm.

    Asking $159 + shipping. SOLD

p.s. I'm new to this board but have the same username on www.bimmerforums.com and www.maxbimmer.com and you can search the boards with no negative feedback on me!

Are the M50 vanos rods different than M50 non-vanos rods?

I have an M50 vanos engine for parts that has good rods- just wondering.

              Yes.

              M50 (Non-Vanos) = 135mm
              M50TU (Vanos) = 140mm

The M50 is also much thicker than the M50TU.
