      does the clock take the place of that little computer in the dash with "range" and "mpg" etc. Do I need anything else to make it work?

        yes, you can prolly get by with splicing some wires...
        heres a pic of mine installed..
        to me its much more useful than the broke ass obc

          the wiring you will need can come from a power window plug if you wish. There is minimal shaving of the tabs on the plug to make it work.
