Most know whats included: 200 casting eta head ported and polished, I would venture to say even more than the 731 323i head. Dual I valve springs, I cam, oil journals drilled. New valve stem seals, I manifolds bolted to it w/heatshields.
I intake manifold and TB, motronic 1.3 fuel injection with 173 ecu, 325i wiring harness, every sensor, coil, plug wires/plugs, distributor, fuel rail w/3.0 bar regulator, m50 17.5# injectors, intake boot for 325i.
All you need is a headgasket/bolts, great time to do a timing belt. Bolt on about 45-50 hp with this "kit"
