Billy (BDSax) got all the M50 components off an e36 (with everything he needed) for $300. It was automatic, but who cares since he is using the M20 5spd.

                Don't think so, not E36 M42's at least. 1.8L unless it's an M44.

haha dont worry about it Pics are up with this bump.
I looked it up and this is a M43/1.9l so it still has the AFM. sorry for the confusion... It also has 128,xxx miles

still if anyone needs this just make an offer we are trying to get it out of the shop its taking up to much of my work space.
and in regard of the high asking price... I have to post it for what my owner/boss tells me too.

                    M43? you mean M44 or M42 correct

                    M43B19
                    The 1.9 L (1895cc) M43B19 was the largest M43 engine. It produced 87 kW (117 hp) and 180 N·m (133 ft·lbf) or 77 kW (103 hp) and 165 N·m (122 ft·lbf). It used BMW BMS 46 fuel injection.

It's also known as M43 TÜ engine. It had twin-balancing shafts.

                    Applications:

                    87 kW (117 hp) and 180 N·m (133 ft·lbf)
                    E46 318i/318Ci
                    1998-2001 E36 Z3 1.8/Z3 1.9i
                    77 kW (103 hp) and 165 N·m (122 ft·lbf)
                    E36 316i
