    3.2L S52 crankshaft (89.66 stroke)

Saw this on Ebay, one day left, someone can potentially pickup a cheap long-stroke crankshaft. This is necessary for 3.1 M20's or 3.2 M/S50's.
These don't pop up for sale often since it's the crank MOST people swap out for.

    No affiliation.

Do you know what this would take to stroke a S50?

    put it at 3.2 then?

If you wanted to keep the stock 86.00 mm bore, you'd have 3.1L of displacement. For this to happen, you'd have to shave your pistons and maybe mill out the valve pockets on your stock pistons.

If you wanted to get to S52 spec, you'd have to bore the block to 86.4 mm. Then you would have 3.2L of displacement. You'd have to source new S52 pistons, though.

Both S50US and S52 engines have 135mm long rods, so you can keep your stock connecting rods.
