FS - New Black Cloth Headliner

For a sunroof, non-M, E30. This is new, but is a return from a customer, so I'm listing at $125 shipped (in the US). That includes the sunroof cover too.

It was returned as I messed up the order - I put holes in the c-pillar where the seatbelt holders go in the early models, but this was a late model car. If yours is a late model, no problem, I'll put new pieces on the c-pillar (without holes).

    Thanks,
    Rob

Do you have a picture of these inside a car? Preferably a black car with the gray carpet? What is the cloth like? I'm interested, My headliner is ripped and I,ve been thinking about making it black but I want to see what it looks like in there first. Thanks PM me if you can send a sample of the cloth and I'll get you my address.

If the other buyer falls through. I am interested. What material is used, do you have a close up picture?

      Thanks.

Thanks guys. These are normally $175 plus shipping. It is a standard headliner cloth - lightweight, stretchy, with a foam backing. I can also do Alcantara, but price is over double (very expensive material).

I can for sure send out a sample to anyone who wants one, just pm me your address. But for this clearance one, first person with $ wins.

          Thanks again,
          Rob

I dont have the $$ to spend on this, but I can say black headliners look really nice. it effects the entire interior. Sounds like a pretty good deal as well!

I'll take one definitely. How difficult is it to install?

Its a pretty big job - count on a whole day. You have to remove the rear and side glass. If you do a search, you'll find good post by Jordan many moons ago that gives a pretty good idea of how to do it.

                    SOLD!

If you missed out, I'm thinking of maybe doing a group buy - I didn't realize the interest on these.

Jordan created a very basic outline. Overall, it's pretty cut and dry. It's just difficult to do. I don't think there are any writeups out there that could make this any easier, but when I install mine i'll try to write up as detailed of a description as I can.

Please do, that black suede would be titties in my E28 since I'm doing a full color change anyways when I paint it... DS or bust!

Will do bud. Won't be for a while though. Gimme about a month or so until the weather warms up a little bit.

Let's Get some pics up! I'm pretty sure I want this! It's time for me to swap out my headliner. My car is black w/black interior so a black headliner may be too much. If I like the looks I'd be all over the group buy. If I get a glass moonroof will I need a different piece to cover the shade?
