I purchased this kit a few months ago from a fellow E30 M3 owner. It was installed on the M3 that he purchased, but he removed it as he went with a full Alpha-N/airbox setup. I never installed it, but it was functioning properly when he had it installed-it was just never tuned for his car. I really hate to let it go, but I think I am going a different route.
This is the second generation PSC1-004 kit that is fully programmable via laptop. This addresses many of the shortcomings people complained of with the first kit that had just four knobs to set the air/fuel ratio at different loads.
Everything is included-manuals, installation instructions, software-including the optional intake air temp sensor which is $50 by itself. As an additional bonus, my kit already includes a modified upper airbox with the MAF already mounted to it! Normally you have to cut and modify your existing upper airbox to make the MAF fit, but this has already been done for you. Plus, you can keep your original one in case you would want to revert back to a stock setup.
So, $450 shipped for everything in the U.S. 48 via UPS Ground. I can provide pictures upon request.
