-used, removed from a used set of headlights. still has a little of the sealant on the inside edge which is easily removed with light scraping.

-came from drivers side but should fit either side
-i would say that its pretty minty. the refletor is nearly perfect and the lense is untouched. the back side where you plug the bulb into is a bit dirty but it functions perfectly. mounting screws and breather tube included.
