From a 92 E34 525i
looked it over pretty thoroughly and the only wires that are cut are the main power + ground wires that come out near the right rear of the engine bay. Not a big deal as you need to put terminals on them anyways to connect them to the e30 battery cable. Fuel rail still attached also.
