Without going back and looking at where it was posted on Bimmerforums, I can tell you that that's an E46 dash.

anyway we can get them with a hole drilled in them to add some weights to? maybe drill the hole the length of it, but not all the way through, and then get some "pinewood derby" style weights to go into the hole.....

Well the drill out of for the shifter is deeper than the actual lever. You can fill it up with whatever you want :)

Why on earth would you ever want to weight it more? Being a taller lever above the fulcrum, it's incredibly easy to move. That makes no sense.
