I couldn't see any. Exhaust looks very fresh and by absence of rust on the bolts, I'd assume if was recently replaced.

I honestly have no idea how much shipping would be. It would probably go as an over sized item. My zip is 01907 if you want to use online calculator. I'll ship with whatever carrier you want. USPS generally seems to be the cheapest.
