Just got mine. Hate to break it to ya but this shift knob almost cost me my entire linkage. The thread pitch is too small and the knob does not slide in no matter how.

Also.... that 10 inch order might become a 12.... 7 is WAY too small.

What happened? It doesn't "thread on". Can you let me know the issue you are having?

First one ever to have any sort of problem like this. Sent you a PM also so let me know whats up and will get it resolved.

I know it doesnt thread on, but I'm saying the shifter has a bigger diameter than the shift knob. The nylon composite or w/e the shift knob is made out of does not stretch at all. It's completely solid.
