    FS: 1991 M42 Engine/Trans

I have a 1991 M42 Engine/Trans combo that I just pulled to make room for the Euro 3.2.

208,142KM on the car. The engine ran well, pulled hard, and seemed to be well maintained. The fluids looked good when I drained them to pull the engine. No stumbles on accleration and it idled smoothly. Transmission shifts smoothly, no notchyness or grinding.

It is a complete engine/trans combo (wiring harness, all hoses, plug wires, etc...), in other words - turn key. Hook up the connections and go!

I will ship at buyers expense. It is strapped to a pallet, ready to go.

    $400

p.s. I'll post some pics this afternoon.

That's less than 130,000 miles! That is a super low price for an M42, especially with the trans!

YGPM from me too...I'll take it all and pick it up ;-). I've got a cracked head and this will be just about as costly.
