    FS: M20B25 engine

    Heylo,

Have the B25 engine that came out of my 325is.

I had it running great before it got totalled. Ran like a top (everybody says that) and loved to rev.

No noises or leaks, aside from light ticking from either the valvetrain or the injectors. 186k miles.

Fresh oil change 2k miles ago. Valves adjusted and check 5+ times. Compression test ran all above 130+ psi. New water pump. Black painted intake manifold and valve cover, the valve cover is scratched from me removing and replacing it fiddling with the valves . New spark plugs. Comes with harness, clutch and flywheel. Coolant was flushed twice. Hoses still good, new upper hose.

Timing belt snapped on PO before he put nearly everything together before he had enough. Soooo the belt is less than 2500 miles old.

Tranny is NOT included, I'm keeping the driveshaft and tranny for a planned M50 swap.

600 bucks sound fair enough? (copied also from e30tech)

Hey! Don't be so demanding! At least this time he included the mileage. :p

                  Kalifornia. Central.

Yes it does. The ignition system (wires and dizzy cap/rotor) are gone because I needed them for my 239k mile 325i. It was the original wires anyway, the dizzy cap and rotor were fairly new, but I had to get them.

Hmmm, Semi interested. Found a nice straight body roller here with the tranny.... but no engine! Its Between Cholame and Paso I believe. If you could go a little lower for local price. I could have it rebuilt and then get a cheap super high mileage e30..... LMK.

                      That might work.

Up to you really if you decide to go for it. It's in Guadalupe, about 10miles north-west of Santa Maria.
