You have the A/C compressor from the car? Know if it works?? My dad's friend is looking before spending big bucks...was going to call you tomorrow, but saw this. They took the head and decided to just bolt in on istead of freshen it up...no problems what so ever. Let me know and I'll talk to ya soon.

chuckles, the compressor wasnt locked up but i was only driving the car when it was too cold to test the ac so i dont know if the system had a leak or if the compressor leaks or if it even had low refrigerant etc etc. But thats stellar news about the head. Im not too surprised though, i had traced my low compression to the piston rings. Gimmie a call tomorrow if you wish to chat further.
