FS: Early Underdash Panel

I just picked this up. It's in very nice condition which is rare for these. The only thing I saw wrong with it is a small 1/2 inch crack, which is not noticeable once installed.

Asking 60 shpped.

Is this for pre '89? I have an 86 and I'm missing the panel right below the steering wheel...
