you just hook up the lo beam power/ground up to the ballast. 2 min job.

my euros are why im selling these
as far as hooking them it its 2 wires per side, power and ground. i just used my stock lo beam power source and ground.
no cross hairs, half of the inside reflector was painted.. highs are still as bright as before, i didnt notice a loss in output. they are usless anyway when the hids are on
