91 318iS drivetrain

M42 motor, 118k miles, ran fine until I found coolant in the oil. was not run hot, believe this was a timing case profile gasket failure. Decided it was time to replace with an s50. asking 300 with getrag 240 transmission.

4.10 LSD small case: replaced with a different LSD after s50 swap. has 118k miles also, no problems with it, no noise in the diff. asking 250.

cat-back supersprint exhaust: Not sure of miles, but I would guess less than 10k. replaced after above s50 swap. Single exhaust outlet and bolts up to factory muffler mounting point. asking 100.

I might have a few more parts, I'll have to look around.

You can come by and get it, the engine was a good engine but I knew once I saw coolant in the oil it was the timing chain profile gasket failure. I am not 100% sure as I haven't taken the thing apart to double check, but It ran fine up until that.

Update: Supersprint as of right now is sold. Also unfortunately I could not find the getrag 240, as it was no longer attached to the m42. So I am cutting the m42 down to $150. The pictures I took of it came out blurry on my camera phone so I will have to take more tomorrow and re-post them. Matt did you come by the gourmet garage today?

Also the 4.10 out of my 318 is apparently not a LSD, it is just an open diff. Sorry for mis-advertising =(. If anyone wants it make an offer.

I didnt, I do need the both pans. My M42 only has bad pans. That way i might be able to sell mine. Or stick it in another 318
