As for the rods and pistons, i think they had 94000 they are in great cond. diped and cleaned.

There is a tag on the back of the diff, if it reads "S 4,10" then it's an LSD.

M20 I head from a 1991.

We were going to replace a cracked head in our car but went with a m52 insted. head is clean and ready to install

when you say 91 318i full exhaust some rust does this include the cat and piping to the headers... The exhaust pipes on my '91 318is are falling appart so I would definatley pick up that piece from you if you have it in one solid piece.

It is from the head to the tail pipe.

manifold, cat, muffler, and all piping

If it came from a 318is its probably a small case.. which probably wouldn't last very long on your 335i.
