well i had planned on doing an M50 swap into my e30 and now run into a few money problems and time problems. i am always working or out of the state working and havent even started this project yet. so i figure before i get in over my head, maybe i will just sell it all. i bought this engine and was told it had 120k. i have a box of new hoses and misc pieces for it as well. engine looks to be in good shape. it was pulled from a 95 525i originally then placed into an m3 for some strange reason. im guessing the owner of the m3 blew up the m3 motor in his car and couldnt afford another m3 motor so he just put this in. because when i had gotten it, it also had an m3 trans and an m3 DME with it. at any rate, i went along and purchased an e34 oil pan and dipstick and also bought ireland engineering motor mounts for the swap. im looking to get $1000 picked up for everything or best offer. i feel its a good deal seeing as how the motor mounts are $100 and the oil pans sell for $175 alone if you can find one. and people sell the motor alone for $900-1300. i will also include the m3 DME if you think you can use it for something. i will listen to all reasonable offers but i am not looking to take a huge loss on these things. if it looks like im going to lose all my money, i will just keep the car and eventually do the swap. i can get pictures if extremely necessary but you all know what the motor looks like.
