                          Does this include the reinforcement bar and bumper shocks or just the plastic covers? I'm looking to convert my 88 from diving boards and I'm local, in SW CT.

                            It includes the reinforcement bars - I don't have bumper shocks for these, but you may be able to use your current ones.
