WTT My Ground controls for spec e30 springs

Kind of a weird trade but I put a new GC system on my car to set it up for SP autocross and then never went to the track. The spring rates are 625/440 and they offer a very firm and quite neutral feel. I just started to use the car for daily driver and it is way too crisp for me. Might go spec e30 next year sooo.....

I need/want a set of 4 spec e30 springs for my Bilsteins and front strut housings.

I will send you adjustable bodies to fit Bilsteins, 4 springs (625/440) and cut front strut housings. I will include original receipt for your records.

i suppose you need springs off a 325i not a 318i

are the spring rates 625 rear and 440 front? i thought you wanted them stiffer in back than front?

i have a set of ie stg3's i'll trade you. i believe they're the same as h&r race springs which are spece30 springs iirc

I don't know if you are planning to race in SpecE30, or are just building the suspension. If you are planning to race in the league, IE3s are not legal, even if they are virtually identical. The league is sponsored by H&R.
