Simpson 4 Pt Harness, Blue For Sale. These came off my car which the PO used extensively for ax and DE events. I removed it cause the car is a daily driver now and not a track rat.

Harness should not be used for race events but should be adequate for low speed ax use. I claim not ok for race use due to the age of the belts, built date is Sept '96. Harnesses have a shelf life and these Simpson's are past that date. Should be adequate for low speed ax events.

Over the years UV rays, sweat, dirt, and general wear and tear can weaken the integrity of the fibers that the belt is woven out of, hence why most sanctioning bodies of various motorsport events put a shelf life on safety items. This is especially true of helmets.
