    FS: Mtech-II skirts for coupe

    Sale Pending

I've got an extra set of Mtech II skirts for my E30 coupe I've been saving for a project but it's time to let them go. Driver side skirt needs a little repair work (see pics) and it's missing the front mounting tab that is hidden under the fender molding.

$200 plus shipping. These will NOT work on convertibles. They will work on '88+ E30 coupes, not sure about sedans but I've heard they work on them too. Here are a couple pics -

Fender molding pieces shown in pics have been sold separately so they are not included in the sale.

    Thanks!

Pics of repair work needed on driver side skirt.....

Would they work on an '87 coupe?

I'm not certain if they will, I have a friend with an '87 coupe though. If I can get over there I'll try to test fit one.

Verts and coupes have a different rocker panel, the cabrio's is much larger, and needs a different sized M Tech II skirt, very different pieces.

Anyways, you should get in touch with VAPORBLADE, he is looking for them, although he may already have purchased them elsewhere.

So would side m-tech 2 vert side skirts work on a coupe. I realize they are slightly bigger, but nothing that can't be fixed with slight modification? Will it just mean that the sideskirts will it just mean that the sideskirts make the car appear slightly lower to the ground?

That's a good question. I've often wondered the same thing, but I don't know. I had the same thought about it as you though - since verts have taller rocker panels.

Yes they will. They do have different part numbers, but they will fit...99% sure, don't hate on me if they don't fit. You realize without the door panels above it, the sideskirt will stick out alot and look incomplete?

LOL yeah, i am buying the pods seperatly. So i needed sides. So side skirts from a coupe normally fit a sedan?
