So does the hitch mount to the body only, or to the spare wheel well and the bumper? I want to know if it will work with plastic bumpers.

                Also, is it 1-1/4"?

It should mount something like this, these are very nice, mine was a 1 1/4 and this one looks to be the same. You wont tow like a Tundra but it works well for jetskis, quads, track trailer.

I have had that same hitch for a year now. ITS A BITCH to install. I cant even get thru my bumper. I probably need a drill press.

                          Or a sharp drill bit.

I dont think its just a sharp drill bit, the holes need for the bolts are like 3/4 inch (huge).

Getting thru the bumper with smaller bits was just a pain as well.

Dude, I'm sorry you are having issues drilling holes. The hardware included with the hitch I am selling consists of both 3/8" and 7/16" bolts. I'll advise any potential buyers that "professional installation" is recommended if they are not capable of drilling a hole of said size.
