Yep, you guessed it... I think National Guard or something he said....

I know he's there still... his phone will ring twice then go to voicemail... then I call back later and it rings 4 times... then sometimes it goes straight to voicemail.

True... and I thought about that... giving him the benefit of the doubt. But I tried calling him 5-10 times a day for 3 weeks and nothing. Also his email got cut off 2 weeks after I spoke with him - fishy.
