This kit comes with everything i listed in this, and is a bolt on for the super eta.
If your head uses the 4 bearing camshaft, you will need to get the head drilled to accept the 7 bearing cam, that costs only about 30 dollars at a machine shop. This is what you would call an "E to I conversion".
EVERYTHING is included, no need to buy other things minus the head gasket kit, head bolts, timing belt and tensioner, waterpump and gasket, new oil and filter and coolant.
The entire kit is 450 plus shipped, all parts are warrantied for an extra 15 dollars.
Let me know if interested.

It would be beneficial for an eta but the super eta is a 2.7 using the same combustion chamber design/head as a 325i. It just lacks the more aggressive cam and short fat runner intake manifold....as well as the dual valve springs which allow it to rev to 7k rpm. So this pretty much makes a 2.7 "i" engine.
You would not make nearly as much on a 325e as it still has the poor head design and smaller ports. To put it in you would also have to drill the other oil passages as the 325e uses a 5 bearing cam and the 325i uses 7.Comment

yeah if you did it for an eta, you would have to change the pistons, wiring harness, front crank damper, a bunch of sensors, fuel pumps possibly, and some other little goodies. I have never worked on a non-super eta/i so i have no idea what you would have to change other than that.
Also for sale i have a super eta head that is being drilled so its an "i" head basically with all the internals in great condition, as well as a low mileage super eta short block.Comment
