I was planning on using it for a front 3-way setup with rear fill from the deck, but UPS damaged my IDMAX and are neglecting to pay for it, so I need to recoupe my money for the boom boom. Who needs rear fill in an e30 anyway?

This is a 3 way electronic cross-over with time alignment and a 7 band parametric eq. It's actually a lot more than a 7 band parametric eq though, because you have 7 bands for each speaker attached (7 bands for your left tweeter, 7 bands for your right tweeter, 7 bands for your left midrange, etc etc.)
It will give you the ultimate flexability when tuning your audio system.

I would consider trade for a memphis belle, or a less expensive 2 ohm 600-800 watt amp + cash. I also need some decent tweets that'll play to about 3,000 -3,500 hz... somewhere in there.
