I need the bottom, black plastic cover that is held in place by four screws that covers the lower half of the steering column (covers the signals, cruise, wiper switches), and what's the condition of the steering wheel? I wouldn't mind having some of the relays that go in the fuse box too. Shipping would be to 24910.
